Sound Sensoria is a Sound Therapist / Ambient DJ & a Sound & Music Selector. Sound Sensoria (Alisa) started her journey in music in the late 90’s - mid 2000’s as a DJ in the Progressive & Deep House music scene in New Zealand. Alisa held several club residencies & radio shows during that era & has played to crowds both indoor & outdoor in New Zealand & Canada. During a long hiatus Alisa deepened her study of sound & attained her Sound Therapy Certification. She now combines her love & knowledge of sound & music as therapy. As a club DJ Alisa would take people on external journeys as a means of escape & release. Now she takes people on internal journeys as a means of self exploration & examination, all while deepening the art of listening. Now based in Christchurch NZ, You can catch Sound Sensoria at various venues & events in both New Zealand & Internationally
