Navin Sahjpaul

Artist | Therapeutic Practices Residency

Sound Sanctuary

This deep listening experience consists of a collection of compositions that were created during Navin’s 3-week Therapeutic Integration artist residency at Lobe Studios in September 2024

His intention with this residency was to explore the Therapeutic Application of 4D Sound by creating compositions and soundscapes to be used in conjunction with other healing modalities (Breathwork, Yoga, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy)

”The 3 week residency was incredibly memorable for me as an artist. To have had that opportunity to be in the Lobe space for 4 hours a day brought me so much joy, and I am excited to be able to share my work at with you all.”

At Sound Sanctuary, you are invited to slow down, pause, and rest as you experience an auditory landscape Navin has designed to evoke deep relaxation, reflection, inner exploration, and peace.

This guided listening experience offers you a chance to explore sound as a tool for mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Drawing on a blend of natural soundscapes, synthesizers, and field recordings, the event creates an immersive environment that promotes clarity and healing.
