This sonic tapestry is designed to foster introspection, relaxation, and reflection, helping to reset, replenish and balance the body.

Join us for a transformative workshop where Della will guide participants through meditation, breathing, toning, and humming. The session will also include an invitation to a journal, where participants can write out their own affirmations. Della will collect these affirmations and transform them into a collective song for the group. This workshop is designed to be a tranquil, mostly lying-down experience with some seated activities, complemented by a live sound concert, essential oils, and tea. "the della kit" is a visionary singer, producer, and holistic sound artist dedicated to crafting nourishing spaces where participants can truly “Feel” and “Be.” After more than a decade of touring internationally as a singer and DJ, Della recently received her certification in Sound Healing through the Open Center In New York. This journey has inspired her to infuse her music with the transformative power of meditation and healing.
