Come listen to some records on Lobe's wild 4DSOUND system while we do some gentle movement, deep stretches, and get into some proper R&R.

No experience necessary, no expectations, just an excuse to slow down and enjoy an album or two.

Doors open at 10AM to come have a chill morning and get settled. We'll start moving at 10:30 and wrap up around 11:45.

Our multimedia SPACE OUT series follows this class at noon, and anyone with a ticket to VINYL + STRETCH with Silky can attend SPACE OUT afterwards for free :)
